5Fund Withdrawal and Payment Procedures

• All applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fully met
• No investigation or hold on funds is currently active on the account

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within three business days upon completion of identity verification.
